Seniors Yoga Challenge, June 13- July 23

The date has been set, and I'm now excepting registration for the first ever
Seniors Yoga Challenge!
This will be a great opportunity for my 'seasoned' clients to learn more extensively the fine art of aging with movement and awareness. The course is designed, but not limited to, beginners.

This is a 6 week commitment, 2 times per week plus 2 Saturday classes. The classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 8:15-9:15, and the 2 Saturday courses will be on June 18th & July 23 from 8:30-11:00.
We will be taking current measurements before and after the course for posture and range of motion improvements. We will explore and discuss common beliefs about aging and how to overcome them; common concerns & health related issues to aging; preventitive, self-care techniques; nutritional needs & concerns; basic anatomy & physiology effected by aging and the benefits of Yoga; and learn gentle postures to improve balance, coordination, increase flexibility, stamina and strength.
The total cost for the course is $275, plus a non-refundable $50 registration fee.

Contact April White, LMT/NMT at 205-401-5010
to receive your registration packet.
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED, so don't delay!
