You'll watch demonstrations, take notes in your manual, then practice giving and receiving with various partners in class.
You will learn:
-How to apply the 2 hour sequence of Thai-Yoga Bodywork asanas and techniques, including transitions.
-How to use breath, meditation,mantra, bandha, and Yogic techniques to enhance the quality of the session.
-To comprehend the theories of releasing the energy on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
The course is *$350(24 CEC's available),
which includes your manual, however this workshop is open to ANYONE wishing to expand their knowledge of Yoga,
and wish to share the love of touch and movement.

Yoga is always very helpful whenever we do. This is also not very time consuming. If we perform this yoga twice a day then we can reduce our weight easily. Therefore Thai-Yoga can do to make body good.
