This is my assistant, personal photographer & videographer, Willow. Willow is responsible for MANY of the wonderful Yoga images I use for my social media & business promos. She remembered nearly EVERYTHING I said in our first shot, & was practicing while I was setting everything up. It was too precious NOT to share, so I figured, "Why not let HER do this one!?" You do not have to have ANY of these items, however, you may find as your practice deepens, you will want a few of these things for yourself.
